University of Michigan Health System`s Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential, no cost service for UMHS Faculty, Staff, and their families. EAP provides brief counseling and coaching services, mediation services, crisis intervention, assessment and referral, educational and training programs, and supervisory, staff and team consultation.

Hours:

8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday - Friday Alternate hours by appointment prior to 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m.

Eligibility:

Active UMHS faculty, staff, temporary employees and their immediate families

Appointments:

Appointments preferred, emergency walk-ins will be scheduled ASAP

Wait Time:

1-2 days

Payment: 

No cost for UMHS staff and their family members
